Victoria Falls, this magical waterfall, which is one of the largest in the world, is located in the Zambezi River between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Mosi-oa-Tunya – The smoke that thunders in local languages is a nature experience beyond the ordinary. The water-filled smoke from the falls can be seen from several kilometers away and taking a guided hike close to the mighty falls is an experience of a lifetime. This trip is a suggestion on how to spend a few nights at Victoria Falls with a visit to Zambia’s site and also get a safari in Botswana. Day 1. Arrival Livingstone
Upon arrival in Livingstone, you will be met by our representative at the airport and driven to your hotel. Relax for the rest of the day to start the program the next day.
Day 2. Victoria Falls, guided tour and sunset cruise on the Zambezi River
After breakfast, a guided walk around the mighty falls awaits. If you want, you can buy a helicopter ride where you get a huge panorama of the river and the falls from above. In the afternoon, it’s time for a sunset boat ride on the Zambezi River. You will be picked up and left at the hotel, chilled drinks included.

Day 3. Safari in Botswana
A whole day in the spirit of the safari. You drive to Zambezi, and there you cross the river by boat to and boat over to Botswana where you spend the day with both jeep and boat safaris. Chobe is mainly known for its large herds of elephants that roam here, it is one of the best places in the world to see elephants, but there are also cats, buffalo, impala and an incredibly rich bird life.

Day 4. Livingstone Express
Morning free for own activities. Take a kayak trip along the Zambezi River or for those who dare, take a dip at the edge of the falls. In the evening, a fantastic dining experience awaits aboard the old genuine train, the Livingstone Express, which is towed by a real steam locomotive built in 1930 in Scotland and transported here. You get a 5-course gourmet dinner on board along with delicious drinks that are all included in the price before the train returns to Livingstone. During the meal, the train is stationary so that you can enjoy the food. Stops are also made on the bridge over the falls so that you can take pictures of the locomotive with the wonderful view. Neat attire for dinner (No shorts and tennis shirts). This luxury train journey can be made on another day in the program to fit in as it only runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Day 5. Return trip
Transfer to the airport for your flight home or to the next destination.
